Job summary

Experience seeks a Desktop Support Engineer to join its Level 2 IT Support team in Doha. You will deliver onsite and remote technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software, and help deploy Windows OS and enterprise apps.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in IT support, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication. You will work with Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD, and end-user devices to maintain SLAs and IT policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office).
Familiarity with AD, Entra ID, Hybrid Azure AD Join, Windows Autopilot, Windows Update for Business, and Group Policy.
Excellent communication and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 IT support onsite and remotely, resolving incidents and requests.
Update, resolve, and document incidents in the ITSM system.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, tablets and peripherals.
Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office.
Manage endpoint devices with Intune and Hybrid Azure AD Join.
Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues.
Assist with device provisioning, OS deployments, and upgrades.
