Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking a full-time IT Support Technician to provide on-site and remote assistance for Windows and Apple devices in Doha, Qatar. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, manage incidents in the ticketing system, and assist with asset deployment and upgrades.

The role requires following approved procedures, meeting SLAs, and being available for after-hours on-call support.

Qualifications

Provide on-site and remote support for Windows and Apple end-user devices.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and peripherals.
Log, update, and manage incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.
Install, configure, relocate, upgrade, and maintain IT assets.
Adhere to approved procedures, SLAs, and escalation matrices.
After-hours and on-call support as required.

Responsibilities

Log, update, and manage technical incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.
Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 with complete diagnostics.
Prepare, install, and configure IT assets and peripherals.
Install operating systems and standard applications per QM policies.
Perform on-site installation, relocation, and hardware upgrades.
Maintain asset records and lifecycle documentation.
Interact courteously with end users, vendors, and stakeholders.
