Job summary

Employment in Doha, Qatar seeks an experienced Network Engineer to manage UNIX, Windows, VMware and related networks. You will design, implement and support LANs, WANs, MPLS, VPNs and wireless networks to ensure reliable connectivity and high availability.

Responsibilities include configuring Cisco routers and switches, maintaining Microsoft infrastructure (AD, DNS, DHCP), monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues and documenting infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of enterprise network administration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies and Microsoft infrastructure.
• Experience with VMware, network monitoring tools, and ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement LANs, WANs, MPLS and VPNs to service Doah design and enterprise needs.
• Configure and support Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
• Manage Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VMware environments.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers.
