Job summary

Arab Solutions in Qatar seeks an Application Support Development Consultant (Project Coordinator – DT) with 5+ years of experience to drive Digital Transformation and AI initiatives onsite for a 20-month program.

You will coordinate activities, manage documentation, governance and reporting, and ensure clear communication among business stakeholders, technical teams and external vendors. Oil & Gas experience is mandatory and onsite work in Qatar is required.

Qualifications

Experience supporting Digital Transformation and IT projects.
Onsite Qatar-based role; Oil & Gas exposure preferred.
Strong documentation and governance skills.
Excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

Support the Project Manager in planning and monitoring multiple DT and AI projects.
Track schedules, milestones, action items, and deliverables.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up items.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
Prepare PID, project plans, minutes, RAID logs, and status reports.
Maintain trackers, repositories, and governance artefacts.
Coordinate vendor engagements and business requirement discussions.
Prepare weekly and monthly status reports and management presentations.
Maintain project records and collaboration sites using Microsoft tools.
