Job summary

SPIE Global Services Energy in Doha, Qatar seeks an experienced professional to manage offshore deck and helideck operations at NOC facilities, ensuring safe loading/off-loading and adherence to procedures and environmental safety guidelines.

The role involves supporting material flow, daily site management, and reporting to leaders, with a focus on process safety and collaboration across teams. Extensive offshore exposure and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 5 years offshore level on-field equipment in diversified oil & gas processing or petrochemical plants.
• Fluent in English with written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and good interpersonal/organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct activities on deck and helideck at NOC offshore facilities; loading/off-loading per procedures and guidelines.
• Support site Work Preparator with day-to-day site management of materials.
• Provide regular reports with analysis on performance and results to Team Lead.
