Job summary

SPIE Global Services Energy in Doha, Qatar, is seeking an experienced offshore operations supervisor to lead deck and helideck activities on NOC facilities, manage material movements, and ensure compliance with procedures and safety standards. The role requires extensive offshore experience, a technical diploma, and strong communication skills. The company offers a long-term contract with expat accommodation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum Higher Secondary School Education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND or equivalent).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years offshore level on-field equipment in diversified oil & gas processing or petrochemical plants.
• Fluent in English with both written and verbal communication.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safe loading and offloading on deck and helideck at NOC offshore facilities.
• Support site Work Preparator with day-to-day site materials management.
• Identify opportunities and champion initiatives to maximize production within safety/environmental rules.
• Provide regular reports and analysis to the Team Lead on performance and results.
