Job summary

Swan Global is seeking a Production Planning Control & Material Coordinator for Offshore Construction / EPC to oversee day-to-day lookahead planning, progress tracking, and material availability coordination to keep work fronts ready offshore and at onshore yards.

You will work with project controls, planning engineers, warehouse, expediting, and subcontractors to minimize downtime caused by missing materials, late deliveries, or planning gaps, reporting to the Project Controls/Construction

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or Supply Chain.
Experience in EPC planning and material coordination.
Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain short-term and medium-term plans (daily/weekly lookaheads) aligned with baseline schedule.
Track progress and productivity, identify constraints, and implement recovery actions with construction leads.
Coordinate material status including MTO follow-up, delivery tracking, MR/PR status, and expediting interface.
Ensure workfront ready packs with latest drawings, permits, and materials/tools availability.
Maintain planning and material logs and produce weekly dashboards for client reporting.
