Job summary

Swan Global in Qatar is seeking a Lead Construction Supervisor for Offshore EPC projects. You will supervise on-site construction across fabrication yard and offshore sites, ensuring work aligns with drawings, specs, ITPs and method statements, while coordinating across structural, piping, electrical, and mechanical disciplines.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in EPC oil & gas, including 3 years offshore, strong leadership, safety focus, and familiarity with major standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or Instrumentation engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of EPC oil & gas construction experience with at least 3 years offshore.
• Experience supervising multi-discipline construction teams at yards and offshore sites.
• Knowledge of offshore installation methods, heavy lifting, and sequencing.
• Familiarity with QatarEnergy/ADNOC/ARAMCO specs and API/ASME/NORSOK/ISO standards.
• Fluent in English with strong leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day construction activities at the fabrication yard and offshore sites.
• Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, ITPs, and method statements.
• Coordinate with discipline supervisors to ensure progress and adherence to construction sequences.
• Supervise offshore installation and hook-up activities, ensuring readiness of materials, manpower and equipment.
