Job summary

Airswift is seeking an experienced Construction Project Lead to manage demolition and construction activities for the Barzan Restoration Project at Ras Laffan, Qatar. You will oversee coordination with the EPC contractor JV, supervise safety, and drive the execution from damage assessment through to commissioning.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience on large oil & gas construction projects, incl. 3+ years in management of EPC execution.
• Experience with Oil & Gas companies, contractors, service companies or heavy construction.
• Knowledge of design standards, codes, and safety criteria for major fabrication and hook-up.
• Experience with sour gas and LNG facilities and large-scale operating organizations.
• Proven track record delivering projects and managing EPC contractors and sub-contractors.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve demolition plans, construction execution and related procedures.
• Direct complex tasks and provide guidance to team and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Barzan Operations to align project and operations works.
• Ensure safe demolition and construction execution with flawless transition to commissioning.
• Lead team efforts to meet project objectives and participate in key meetings.
