Job summary

Airswift is seeking an experienced Offshore Construction Supervisor to lead offshore construction campaigns in Qatar on a 28/28 rotation. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of construction scopes with a strong focus on HSE, budget, and quality.

Responsibilities include supervising multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with engineers and stakeholders, managing PTW, risk assessments, and ensuring safe, compliant delivery of offshore projects.

Qualifications

• Engineering or technical qualification with offshore experience.
• Proven leadership of offshore construction campaigns.
• Experience with brownfield work, shutdowns and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise offshore construction teams during campaigns and project execution.
• Ensure work is performed safely, per procedures, and within schedules.
• Coordinate with engineers, coordinators, and QA/QC for constructability and delivery.
