Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks a senior leader to oversee demolition, debris clearance and construction activities at Barzan, RLIC Site in Qatar. You will manage plans, procedures and progress reporting, ensuring safety and timely handover to Operations.

The role requires 12+ years on large oil & gas projects, experience with EPC execution, and ability to coordinate with contractors and operations to deliver value in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sciences or engineering is required.
• Extensive experience in large oil & gas projects and EPC execution.
• Proven leadership in managing multi-discipline teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee demolition, debris clearance and construction activities on Barzan, RLIC Site.
• Review and approve demolition plans, execution procedures and progress reports.
• Coordinate with Barzan Operations to ensure safe, integrated execution.
• Provide guidance to team and contractors, driving efficiency without micro-management.
• Verify contractor headcount and equipment on site during reimbursable phases.
• Lead in complex problem solving, root cause analysis and mitigation plans.
• Drive safe demolition and flawless construction transition to commissioning.
