Job summary

Tanqeeb in Qatar seeks an experienced Engineering Project Lead to drive restoration projects, including damage assessment, demolition, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning. You will align activities with the Company PM System and manage project risk.

You will lead multi-discipline teams, develop execution plans for EPC/ commissioning, oversee contractor execution, and ensure compliance with standards while meeting milestones on a 36-month onshore program in Ras Laffan/Doha.

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience in Engineering roles, including four years in Oil & Gas.
• Experience with LNG development involving multiple EPCs.
• Strong risk assessment and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience overseeing contractor/sub-contractor/vendor personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct multi-discipline activities to align with milestones and budget.
• Develop execution plans for engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams.
• Support damage assessment processes and vendor engagement for inspections and fit-for-service checks.
• Assist in governance, scope control, and change management for the project.
