Job summary

Airswift invites applications for a Construction Supervisor (Electrical) offshore in Qatar. You will coordinate Brownfield, Shutdown and Hook-up activities, ensure adherence to safety, quality, and project objectives, and supervise subcontractors to meet schedule and integrity targets.

This long-term contract role requires a background in large oil & gas projects, especially offshore construction, with knowledge of design standards, codes and commissioning.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience with large projects in construction related disciplines in oil & gas.
• Experience with offshore construction, hook-up and commissioning.
• Knowledge of design standards, codes and safety criteria.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and quality protocols during offshore execution.
• Coordinate offshore Brownfield, Shutdown & Hook up execution including commissioning.
• Supervise contractor/subcontractor activities to meet contractual requirements.
• Review contractor progress reports and highlight critical issues.
• Liaise with contractors for progress follow-up and reporting.
• Supervise PTW meetings with OESS and contractor per approved methods statements.
• Report concerns to line management and improve safety culture.
• Participate in REX and Lessons Learned for the company.
