Job summary

Commercial Bank in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced HR and National Development professional to drive nationalization initiatives through training, coaching and leadership programs. You will develop and deliver in-house training and induction programs to build technical capability among national talent.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Psychology, 6–10 years in HR/talent management, with at least 6 years in managerial roles, and a strong track record in

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Psychology or equivalent.
• 6–10 years of HR and learning and talent management experience, including at least 6 years in progressively responsible managerial roles.

Responsibilities

• Support Unit Head, National Development in managing and implementing national development programs through training, coaching and mentoring.
• Deliver inductions for new joiners and Leaders Induction programs, and design work placement student programs.
• Monitor and review national staff progress to align with development targets.
• Help establish national talent management frameworks and develop the national talent pool.
• Prepare and deliver annual National forum.
• Design, develop and deliver in-house training including identified needs.
