Job summary

Jumpino is seeking skilled Assistant Chefs / Line Cooks to support our kitchen in a fast-paced trampoline park environment. You’ll help prepare and cook a diverse multi-cuisine menu, including pasta, pizza, burgers, Arabic dishes, and more, while ensuring consistency, quality, and speed with strict hygiene standards.

You will assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, prepare ingredients, portion, and organize supplies for service, and help maintain cleanliness and food safety.

Qualifications

• Strong culinary fundamentals across multiple cuisines.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain plating standards.
• Excellent teamwork and communication in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and cooking menu items across multiple cuisines
• Follow recipes and plating instructions to maintain quality and presentation
• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Prepare ingredients, portion, and organize supplies for service
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
• Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and minimizing food waste
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak times
