Job summary

Tanqeeb is hiring an Assistant Chef / Line Cook to support our kitchen in a fast-paced trampoline park. You will help prepare and cook a diverse, multi-cuisine menu including pasta, pizza, burgers, and Arabic dishes, while upholding high hygiene and safety standards.

The role requires previous kitchen experience, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to work under pressure as part of a team. This is a full-time position based in Doha, Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and cooking menu items across multiple cuisines
• Follow recipes and plating instructions to maintain quality and presentation
• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Prepare ingredients, portion, and organize supplies for service
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
• Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and minimizing food waste
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak times
• Help set up and clear down the kitchen before and after shifts

Job Requirements

• Previous kitchen, line cook, or food prep experience preferred
• Experience with multi-cuisine food preparation is an advantage
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physically able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
