Job summary

Tanqeeb is hiring an Assistant Chef / Line Cook to support our kitchen in a fast-paced trampoline park. You will help prepare and cook a diverse, multi-cuisine menu including pasta, pizza, burgers, and Arabic dishes, while upholding high hygiene and safety standards.

The role requires previous kitchen experience, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to work under pressure as part of a team. This is a full-time position based in Doha, Qatar.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen or food prep preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items across multiple cuisines.
• Follow recipes and plating instructions to ensure quality.
• Support Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare ingredients and organize supplies for service.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety.
• Assist with stock rotation and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service.
• Set up and clean kitchen before and after shifts.
