Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. – Qatar, Doha is seeking skilled Assistant Chefs / Line Cooks to support a fast-paced kitchen in a trampoline park environment. You will prepare and cook a diverse multi-cuisine menu, including pasta, pizza, burgers, and Arabic dishes, ensuring quality, consistency, and safety.

Responsibilities include following recipes, assisting the Head Chef, managing mise en place, and maintaining hygiene standards to deliver exceptional service across peak times.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen, line cook, or food prep experience preferred.
• Experience with multi-cuisine food preparation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and cooking menu items across multiple cuisines.
• Follow recipes and plating instructions to maintain quality and presentation.
• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare ingredients, portion, and organize supplies for service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
• Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and minimizing food waste.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak times.
• Help set up and clear down the kitchen before and after shifts.
