Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. – Qatar, Doha is seeking skilled Assistant Chefs / Line Cooks to support a fast-paced kitchen in a trampoline park environment. You will prepare and cook a diverse multi-cuisine menu, including pasta, pizza, burgers, and Arabic dishes, ensuring quality, consistency, and safety.

Responsibilities include following recipes, assisting the Head Chef, managing mise en place, and maintaining hygiene standards to deliver exceptional service across peak times.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen, line cook, or food prep experience preferred.
• Experience with multi-cuisine food preparation is an advantage.
