Job summary

Experience is seeking an IT Support Engineer in Qatar to provide Microsoft 365 administration, AD, Intune, and Windows 11 support for our operations. The role requires 4 years' experience in help desk or desktop support, and fluency in Arabic and English.

You will handle user access, configuration, and basic networking tasks, and contribute to ticketing and SLA-driven support. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or bachelor’s in IT, strong communication, and a proactive, team-oriented

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4 years of experience in IT Help Desk, Service Desk, or Desktop Support roles.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Intune.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi).
• Experience with Windows 11 administration and troubleshooting.
