Tanqeeb is seeking an IT Support professional to join our Qatar operations in Doha. The role focuses on assisting end users, incident logging, and first-line troubleshooting across Microsoft 365, AD, Intune, and network basics.
The ideal candidate has a IT/CS degree and 4 years in IT Help Desk or Desktop Support, fluent in Arabic and English, and strong communication skills to deliver reliable service.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT/CS.
- 4 years of IT Help Desk/Service Desk/Desktop Support experience.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Intune.
- Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi).
- Experience with Windows 11 administration and troubleshooting.
