Job summary

Wyndham Grand Doha West Bay Beach is seeking a Senior Chef de Partie for Arabic Cuisine to oversee the designated kitchen section, ensuring authentic Arabic dishes are prepared to the highest five-star standards.

You will mentor junior staff, contribute to menu development, and uphold HACCP, food safety and cost-control while maintaining impeccable quality and presentation for la carte, buffet and events.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of traditional Arabic and Middle Eastern dishes and techniques.
• Proven leadership and people management in a luxury kitchen.
• Solid understanding of HACCP, food safety, hygiene and allergen control.
• Experience with menu development and cost-conscious kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the designated Arabic kitchen section ensuring efficient operations and high-quality output.
• Prepare, cook and present authentic Arabic and Middle Eastern dishes per recipes and standards.
• Lead, train and mentor Demi Chefs de Partie and Commis Chefs on station performance.
• Maintain strict HACCP compliance, food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
