Job summary

Accor Doha is seeking a skilled kitchen professional to prepare authentic Lebanese and Middle Eastern dishes, ensuring quality, taste, freshness and presentation. You will work on mezze, grills, kebabs and marinades while following recipes and plating guidelines.

You will support menu development, manage daily kitchen operations, and coordinate with other sections to ensure timely service. Strong HACCP knowledge and leadership under pressure are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lebanese or Middle Eastern cuisine is required.
• Strong knowledge of food safety HACCP and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Ability to lead a team and work under pressure during busy operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook authentic Lebanese and Middle Eastern dishes per recipes and standards.
• Ensure consistent quality taste freshness and presentation of all items.
• Prepare mezze salads grills kebabs marinades and other menu items as assigned.
• Follow standardized recipes portion controls and plating guidelines.
• Assist in developing new dishes seasonal menus and daily specials with Head Chef.
• Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure readiness before service.
