Grand Hyatt Doha is seeking a Chef de Partie to prepare and present high-quality dishes within the assigned kitchen section, maintaining standards of quality and hygiene.

You will support the culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences, work in a fast-paced hotel kitchen, and collaborate with Cold Kitchen and Garde Manger as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts preferred.
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef De Partie in a hotel or fine dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and food safety standards.
• Experience in Cold Kitchen and Garde Manger is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
