Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Manpower Coordinator in Qatar to coordinate technician recruitment, manage manpower records, and support workforce planning. The role ensures technicians are qualified, trained, and deployed to meet operational requirements, collaborating with suppliers and the operations teams.

Success depends on managing interviews, maintaining documentation, and providing reports to support operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in manpower coordination, workforce planning, resource coordination, field services, HR coordination, or supplier management.
• Experience with technical manpower, field technicians, service teams, or project-based resources.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule technician interviews with SMEs for each skill category.
• Develop and maintain standardized interview process, guidelines, and screening checklists.
• Create and maintain a centralized repository of technician profiles, skills data, records, training status, certifications, and utilization.
