Job summary

Hamad International Airport is seeking a Manager Business Systems to lead digital products that support the passenger experience. You will oversee software development teams and own B2C web and mobile products from development through launch and ongoing operations.

Work with business teams to translate customer needs into practical digital solutions, drive Agile delivery, and explore AI-enabled improvements to speed and quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant technology experience.
• Experience leading software development teams.
• Experience taking digital products from development and launch into ongoing operations and support.
• Enterprise application or business-critical system support experience.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Exposure to AI-enabled software engineering.

This is not only about managing IT projects. We're looking for someone who can lead software development teams, take ownership of B2C web and mobile products, and ensure those platforms continue performing after launch.
