As a Malayalee Chef, you will be responsible for creating traditional dishes from Kerala, using fresh ingredients and traditional cooking techniques. Your knowledge of South Indian spices and flavor combinations will be essential in creating delicious and authentic dishes that will delight our customers.

• Prepare and cook traditional Malayalee dishes, including Kerala-style curries, biryanis, and seafood specialties
• Ensure all dishes are prepared according to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation
• Train and supervise other kitchen staff, ensuring they follow recipes and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Source fresh ingredients from local markets or suppliers
• Create menus that showcase the rich flavors of Malayalee cuisine while also catering to dietary restrictions or preferences
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
