Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Malayalam language.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Chef preferably within a Malayalee restaurant or catering service.
• Strong knowledge of Malayalee cuisine including cooking techniques, herbs, spices and ingredients.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise kitchen staff
• Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
