Job summary

Avanta Works in Al-Khor seeks a skilled Malayalee Chef to oversee traditional Malayalee cuisine preparation and lead kitchen staff on a daily basis.

You will plan menus, train team, manage inventory, and ensure quality and consistency across all dishes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a native Malayalee or have extensive experience in Malayalee cuisine.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Chef, preferably in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of traditional Malayalee spices, herbs, and cooking techniques.
• Ability to create and execute new menu items while maintaining authenticity of dishes.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to train and manage kitchen staff.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.
