Qualifications

• Must be a Malaysian national or have extensive experience with Malayalee cuisine.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Malayalam preferred).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Culinary Arts or related field.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct food preparation according to menu specifications.

• Train and manage kitchen staff, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies.
