Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in hospitality/hotel management or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in Wedding Sales, Events Sales, Catering Sales, or Hotel Sales.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and event-planning skills.
• Arabic language proficiency and local market knowledge.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with high-profile weddings and social events.
• Existing network of wedding planners, influencers and event suppliers in Qatar or GCC.
• Passion for luxury hospitality and memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Generate wedding and social event business for the hotel by promoting packages.
• Secure new bookings and manage client communications throughout planning.
• Build strong relationships with prospective couples, wedding planners, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Provide exceptional client service and post-event follow-up.
