Work standard in Doha, Qatar is seeking a talented Wedding Planner to join our team on a contract basis. The role offers a salary of 1400$ per month and does not include accommodation.

You will plan and coordinate all aspects of weddings, work with clients to realize their vision, and manage vendor negotiations to ensure quality and value. Ideal candidates have proven wedding planning or event planning experience, excellent English communication, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a wedding planner or in event planning.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong negotiation skills with vendors.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience working with Indian clients is preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid biometric passport.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of weddings including venue selection, catering, décor, entertainment, transportation, and guest accommodations.
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their special day.
• Source and negotiate with vendors to ensure the best quality and prices for services.
• Create detailed timelines and schedules for each event.
• Manage budgets and ensure all expenses are within the agreed upon budget.
• Handle any issues or challenges that may arise during the planning process or on the day of the wedding.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients at all times.
