Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing.
• Wash, peel, weigh, mix ingredients and follow recipes to standards.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers; monitor temperature and quality.
• Set up and break down the workstation; serve food in proper portions.
• Follow safety policies; report maintenance needs and keep areas clean.
