• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling and coaching employees; act as a role model.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures; report maintenance needs and unsafe conditions.
• Inform staff of menu specials and out of stock items; ensure quality and presentation standards.
