Job summary

Qatar Living is seeking a Stock Controller to manage luxury inventory in Doha. The role focuses on high‑value items such as jewellery and watches, maintaining precise records and conducting audits to ensure stock integrity.

You will handle stock movements, verify deliveries against orders, and collaborate with sales, purchasing, warehouse and finance teams to ensure accuracy and security of premium merchandise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant stock/inventory control experience.
• Experience with luxury products, jewellery or high‑value items preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/inventory systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of luxury products, jewellery, watches and high‑value inventory.
• Monitor stock movements: receiving, transfers, sales issues, returns and adjustments.
• Receive and verify products against POs and documents.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and audits.
• Reconcile stock with ERP records and investigate discrepancies.
• Track serial/model numbers, SKUs and product codes.
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, warehouse and finance teams.
• Ensure secure handling and storage of high‑value merchandise.
• Prepare inventory and stock movement reports daily, weekly, monthly.
