Job summary

Damas Jewellery in Barwa Village, Qatar, seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead a premium jewellery boutique. You will drive sales, mentor staff, and ensure superior customer experiences.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of gold jewellery, diamonds, and high-value retail, with 5–7 years in jewellery retail and 2–3 years in store management. Fluency in English is essential; Hindi or other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in jewellery retail, with at least 2–3 years in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role.
• Previous experience in Tanishq or Titan stores is preferred.
• Strong exposure to gold jewellery retailing, diamonds, or traditional gold product categorisation.
• Experience in GCC or high-volume jewellery stores is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi and/or other regional languages is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
