Job summary

Client of Premium Solutions Consultancy in Qatar seeks an experienced luxury retail professional to deliver a personalized high-end shopping experience. You will build lasting client relationships, stay current on luxury brands, and maintain showroom standards while driving sales and participating in store events.

Prospective candidates should have 3–4 years in luxury retail, experience with international brands, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in high-end or luxury retail.
• Experience with internationally recognized luxury brands is mandatory.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Fluent Arabic and English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage clients providing a personalized luxury shopping experience.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend products from the exclusive portfolio.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through clienteling follow-ups and after-sales service.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on market trends and brand developments.
• Ensure the showroom consistently meets luxury brand presentation standards.
• Support inventory management, stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Assist with in-store events, promotions and brand activities.
• Consistently contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
