Job summary

Bulgari Middle East is seeking a Luxury Sales Advisor to provide a premium shopping experience in the Doha boutique. You will greet clients, understand needs, and guide them through discovery of the Brand while driving store targets.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in luxury sales, excellent English, and CRM know-how; Arabic is a strong asset. You will maintain VM standards and support after-sales services, including SAP data handling.

Qualifications

• At least 3–4 years sales experience in a luxury environment.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a strong asset.
• Knowledge of Bulgari products and store procedures is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide an inspirational, luxurious shopping experience and maximize sales opportunities.
• Welcome clients and prospects, delivering exceptional service.
• Understand client needs and introduce brand discovery.
• Manage the sales process from welcome to packaging with selling techniques.
• Register client data for CRM and future contacts.
• Maintain store organization and VM guidelines.
• Handle after-sales service and SAP data entry for repairs.
• Complete training modules to develop product knowledge.
