Job summary

Al Majed Group in Doha is seeking a Stock Controller with experience in luxury products such as jewellery and watches. You will manage high-value inventory, ensure accurate stock records, and coordinate with multiple departments to safeguard stock integrity.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in stock control, strong Excel and ERP knowledge, and excellent communication to report to management. The role is on-site with split shifts in the evenings and a negotiable salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant stock/inventory control experience.
• Experience in luxury products, jewellery, watches, or high-value retail.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and stock reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of luxury products, jewellery, watches, and high-value inventory.
• Monitor stock movements: receiving, transfers, sales issues, returns, adjustments.
• Receive and verify products against purchase orders, delivery docs, and system records.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and audits, reconcile with ERP records.
• Maintain records of serial numbers, model numbers, SKUs, product codes, and IDs.
• Track stock levels and coordinate with sales, purchasing, warehouse, and finance teams.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and security of high-value products.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly inventory and stock movement reports.
• Document stock transfers between stores, branches and warehouses.
