Qualifications

• Luxury hotel housekeeping supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of and comply with departmental policies.
• Ensure standards are maintained at a superior level daily.
• Monitor operation of linen room, uniform room, floors, public areas, offices and storerooms.
• Prepare and track weekly inventories and monthly inventories reported to the Supervisor.
• Supervise housekeeping associates to ensure appropriate staffing and coverage.
• Inspect rooms after cleaning and conduct quality checks.
• Train and supervise associates to meet Forbes/LQA and Brand standards.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of all housekeeping areas.
