Job summary

Kempinski Hotel Doha is seeking a diligent Purchasing Officer to manage order entry, supplier coordination and procurement records in a luxury hotel environment.

You will interact with domestic and international suppliers, reconcile invoices, maintain pricing and delivery schedules, and support the accounting team with accurate data and timely reporting. The role requires at least two years in purchasing and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in purchasing, ideally in international luxury five-star hotels.
• Experience with processing orders, invoices, and supplier communications.
• Ability to liaise between departments and manage records.

Responsibilities

• Enter purchase orders and track post-entry activity.
• Interact with suppliers to maintain pricing and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams as liaison between supply orders and demand orders.
• Maintain department files and records and generate reports as required.
• Authorize payments by forwarding receiving documents and liaising with accounting.
