Hilton in Doha is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant Director to support the F&B Director in overseeing all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage operations, delivering memorable experiences that brighten guests’ stays.

You will lead guest satisfaction initiatives, collaborate with culinary and operational teams on menus and marketing strategies, and foster a high-performing team while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards across outlets.

Responsibilities

• Support F&B operational strategy: oversee operations of the Food & Beverage department with a focus on guest service excellence, product quality, inventory control, reservations, systems management and financial performance.
• Drive guest satisfaction strategy: develop and implement guest satisfaction strategies, monitor trends, gather feedback and drive continuous improvements.
• Contribute to revenue growth: collaborate with F&B Director and Culinary team to develop and implement menus and marketing strategies.
• Cultivate a high-performing team: drive engagement and retention through performance management, development and recognition programs.
• Uphold regulatory standards: ensure health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations compliance.
