Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Guest Relations professional in Doha to deliver personalized service, assist with check-ins/check-outs, and anticipate guest needs. Qualificações

• Previous experience in Guest Relations or Front Office in a 5-star hotel is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Professional, polished and confident with excellent grooming standards.
• Strong knowledge of luxury guest service standards and hotel operations.
• Ability to handle VIP guests, special requests, and guest complaints professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate the provision of friendly, efficient, and personalized services to guests.
• Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs as required.
• Anticipate guest needs, handle enquiries, and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Welcome and escort guests to various locations within the hotel.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities, products, and services.
• Provide information and promote hotel services, facilities, and special events.
• Stay informed about hotel programs and events to recognize and respond to guest needs.
• Create a positive hotel image through every interaction with internal and external guests.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests and colleagues to anticipate and exceed expectations.
• Support all departments in delivering exceptional guest service.
• Communicate guest feedback to the Front Office Manager for appropriate action.
• Report operational issues to Management with recommendations for resolution.
• Adhere to Front Office policies, procedures, and hotel standards.
