Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Doha is seeking a Guest Experience Agent to create a welcoming first impression and lasting farewell for guests. This role reports to the Guest Experience Manager and collaborates with the Guest Relations Team and other departments to deliver exceptional service.

The position involves coordinating check-in/check-out, luggage handling, and arranging transportation while actively seeking solutions to guest issues.

Qualifications

• Degree holder, preferably in hotel and restaurant management.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Guest Relations Agent.
• Excellent command in English; Arabic or Russian is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet arriving and departing guests with genuine hospitality.
• Coordinate with departments to deliver high level guest experiences and resolve issues.
• Handle check-in/check-out and luggage arrangements; manage guest requests promptly.
• Respond to guest inquiries via in-person and phone interactions; upsell hotel activities and services when possible.
