Job summary

ENNISMORE is seeking a guest-focused F&B professional for Our Habitas in Qatar. You will welcome guests, present menus, and take orders with confident, personalised service. You’ll ensure timely communication with kitchen and bar teams, anticipate needs, upsell thoughtfully, and maintain high hygiene and safety standards.

You will work closely with colleagues across departments, support events, and help create memorable hospitality experiences in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an F&B server or waiter in luxury hotel settings is preferred.
• Experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-quality restaurant is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergens.
• Good spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience using a POS system is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests in a warm, confident, natural, and personalized manner.
• Present menus and confidently explain offerings, ingredients, and methods.
• Take accurate orders and communicate them promptly to kitchen and bar teams.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service without being intrusive.
• Personalize interactions and remember guest preferences and dietary requirements.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance with HACCP requirements.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, stewarding, and other departments for smooth service.
• Support special events, private dining, and resort activations when required.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and ensure accurate billing.
