Job summary

ZipTalents is seeking a VIP Hostess for luxury hotels and restaurants in Doha, Qatar. You will be the first point of contact for VIP guests, delivering exceptional service and personalized attention to create memorable experiences.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, informing them about facilities and dining options, managing reservations, coordinating events with Recreation and Restaurant teams, and maintaining a polished guest environment while addressing inquiries with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, or a related field, preferably within a luxury or upscale environment.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to multitask and handle guest requests with grace and efficiency.
• Professionalism: A polished, professional demeanor with a commitment to high standards of service. Comfort working in environments where alcohol is served.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Warm Welcome: Greet and seat guests with a friendly, engaging, and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
• Guest Interaction: Provide detailed information about the hotels recreational facilities, dining options, and activities, enhancing the guest experience.
• Reservation Management: Efficiently manage reservations for both recreational services and dining, ensuring a seamless booking process and smooth service flow.
• Coordination: Work closely with the Recreation and Restaurant teams to coordinate and execute special events, classes, and activities, ensuring all guest needs are met.
• Service Excellence: Address and resolve guest inquiries, requests and concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining our commitment to luxury standards.
• Environment Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of all guest areas, ensuring a polished and inviting environment at all times.
• Feedback and Improvement: Gather and relay guest feedback to improve service quality and guest satisfaction continuously.
