Job summary

Raffles Doha is seeking a Host/Hostess to welcome guests with warmth, manage reservations, and guide guests to tables in a luxury setting. You will coordinate seating, maintain knowledge of offerings, and collaborate with restaurant and culinary teams to ensure a seamless arrival experience.

The ideal candidate brings excellent English communication, professional presentation, and a passion for personalized service in a fast-paced luxury environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Host/Hostess or Guest Relations role, preferably luxury hospitality.
• Excellent communication, warmth, and professional etiquette.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and coordinate seating in line with luxury standards.
• Manage reservations, guest flow, and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Escort guests to tables and maintain attentive service during arrival.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, operating hours, promotions, and events.
• Collaborate with restaurant and culinary teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest feedback and communicate requests promptly.
