Job summary

InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa seeks an experienced F&B Captain to lead luxury restaurant service. You will supervise the team, coordinate with Kitchen and Bar, and ensure personalized guest experiences throughout dining service.

Role demands strong knowledge of service standards, upselling skills, and the ability to maintain hospitality excellence in a high-volume, five-star environment. Rotating shifts and holidays may apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management is an advantage.
• Previous experience as an F&B Captain or senior waiter in luxury hotels.
• Strong knowledge of F&B service standards and guest procedures.
• Good English verbal skills; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
• Supervise service colleagues in the assigned section and uphold standards.
• Coordinate with Kitchen and Bar teams on orders and requests.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure service quality.
