Job summary

The F&B Captain at InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa will oversee the smooth operation of our dining outlets, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable, high-quality dining experience.

You will lead the F&B team, manage reservations, liaise with kitchen and service, uphold health and safety standards, and help drive guest satisfaction through attention to detail and exemplary hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury hotel or resort F&B role.
• Knowledge of F&B service standards and health & safety regulations.
• Strong English communication; Arabic a plus.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the F&B team to maintain exceptional service standards.
• Lead by example and motivate the team to achieve operational excellence.
• Address guest requests, concerns, or feedback promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of outlets, bar, and banquet facilities.
• Collaborate with F&B Manager/Supervisor on inventory, stock levels, and supplies.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Manage guest reservations and seating to optimize turnover and satisfaction.
• Foster smooth communication between kitchen and service teams for timely delivery.
