Job summary

Raffles & Fairmont Doha is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and uphold exceptional luxury dining standards. You will lead a high-performing team, ensure guest satisfaction, and coordinate with kitchen and hotel departments to deliver seamless service.

The role focuses on driving revenue through upselling, managing costs, and maintaining strict food safety and service quality in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2–4 years in restaurant operations, ideally luxury hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Excellent customer service and guest relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant activities, ensuring smooth service and compliance with hotel standards.
• Deliver luxury dining experiences, anticipate guest needs and handle complaints professionally.
• Supervise, motivate, and train staff to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor stock, costs, and compliance with HACCP, safety, and hygiene procedures.
• Coordinate with kitchen, stewarding, and front office for seamless operations.
